A growing gated community by Dubai Properties, Mudon is particularly popular with families thanks to its landscaped parks and lush gardens. The area continued to attract both buyers and tenants this quarter. Known for their excellent value for money, villas and townhouses in the community make a great option for first-time buyers and investors. However, the good news for sellers is that prices are consistently rising – with a 9% average increase in Q3. As far as rentals go, Mudon attracted plenty of new tenants and contract renewals were slightly higher – which shows their desire to stay in the community.
