Home to the region’s largest marina, Dubai Harbour’s property market remains strong with a consistent average price per sq. ft of AED 3,620. There has been an increase in price in three-bedroom apartments, while one- and two-bedroom apartments remain the highest transacting.
Rental rates continue to spike with more new contracts being signed compared to 2023, suggesting the area could be an exciting option for landlord investment.
