Why clients are the real winners of property industry awards
As the glitzy Property Finder awards wrap up for another year, haus & haus Marketing Director Claire George gives her take on increased competition in Dubai’s market.
Last night saw the annual prestigious Property Finder Awards take place, held once again at the plush Armani Hotel at the iconic Burj Khalifa.
As a nominated agency in the category of ‘Quality Brokerage of the Year' a handful of our (very glamorous looking) senior team were in attendance, and we spent most of the night crossing our fingers hoping to bag the top prize – especially in our tenth anniversary year as a company.
And we’ve had A LOT to shout about in our anniversary year…
At the start of 2023, we unveiled our stunning new 8,600 square foot office in Gold & Diamond Park, which features its own podcast suite and a coffee shop for clients and partners to come in and say hi and chat about all things real estate.
We also racked up an amazing 3,200+ 4 & 5 star reviews with an average score of 4.9/5 (Google and feefo). No mean feat in this demanding sector.
We also completely rebuilt our website for a more enhanced customer journey – as well as becoming the first Dubai agency, in partnership with Property Monitor, to provide instant valuations for our clients both directly from the site and by agents.
Sadly, it wasn’t our night, and we didn't snag that glitzy trophy this time around. But we’re still buzzing with pride for being once again in the running.
Sure, the award would have been a nice reminder, but what truly rocks our world is the incredible team spirit fueling our work and the fact we’ve been able to unlock opportunities for so many clients this year.
And with an increasing number of high quality real estate companies rising up in Dubai’s maturing market – as seen at the packed awards ceremony – it’s hard not to feel inspired, re-energised, and remotivated.
After all, as everyone working in the industry fights harder to be top of the tree, the real winner is surely going to be buyers and sellers.
And for us that’s the best possible outcome.
