Property management case study: Signature Livings by Green Group

haus & haus recently worked with the developer to hand over 57 apartments for this stunning, sustainable project in JVC.

We’re proud to say that the haus & haus Property Management division is making a great name for itself thanks to our passionate ‘nothing’s too much trouble’ team, which means we get to work with some very cool clients.

Recently, that included Green Group – a leading sustainability driven Dubai real estate developer – on their high profile project Signature Livings in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).  

This gorgeous development is redefining green living, offering first of its kind solar-powered residential apartments and penthouses in the heart of Jumeirah that blend luxury with functionality.

Green Group tasked our Property Management experts with the handover of 57 apartments.

This agreement included move-in and move-out inspections with the tenant, bi-annual inspections, banking of all rental cheques and dealing with any bounced cheques, maintenance issues on both the landlord and tenant side, plus arranging the preventative maintenance of AC cleaning and drain cleaning for the units when due.

“We wanted to find a team who understood what was important to us because we were not just talking about one or two units, we were talking about half the building,” said Alina Shah, Client Manager at Green Group. 

“What was key for us was timely communication, documentation, inspections... and when we sat down with haus & haus we felt their excitement and hunger and that they wanted to customise the solutions, and that’s what caught our eye.”  

This has been a particularly rewarding relationship on both sides, and at haus & haus we couldn’t have asked for more from the Green Group team.
