The 43-storey tower will feature 300 apartments
Dubai developer Emaar Properties has launched a new residential tower – 17 Icon Bay – at its Dubai Creek Harbour development.
Located in the Island District, the 43-storey tower will feature 300 apartments including one, two and three bedroom units.
Amenities include children’s play areas, a swimming pool, landscaped leisure deck, multi-function room, fitness facilities and walking trails by a dense grove of trees. A podium space on the first floor will provide communal and active areas interconnected with the residential tower. It also includes dedicated zones for leisure activities.
Located by the tip of the Central Park neighbourhood, 17 Icon Bay will also offer access to retail, F&B and leisure outlets that are set along the 4.5 km-long Creek Boardwalk.
The tower is also situated close to event spaces, galleries, parks, water attractions, the Vida hotel in Dubai Creek Harbour and within walking distance from Dubai Creek Tower – set to become the tallest tower in Dubai.
