Find the right property
Although these two areas are situated next to each other, they are quite different in character. Jumeirah Park features a mix of independent 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas – often with generous gardens and garages – which line the district’s network of avenues and side streets. Neighbouring Jumeirah Islands is a gated community of spacious 4 and 5 bedroom luxury villas, set on ornately landscaped boulevards, side streets and cul-de-sacs, interspersed with waterways and lakes.
Experiences and amenities
Weekend cyclists, joggers and walkers can often be seen enjoying the Islands’ quiet roads and pathways. Residents can use the Islands Club pool and facilities to exercise, or take the kids to the DBS campus at Jumeirah Park, which has facilities for sports such as 5-a-side football. Golfers have two internationally acclaimed courses within 10-15 minutes' drive: Emirates Golf Club and Montgomery Dubai golf club. And to get some movement in, Fitness First offers gym and fitness classes at The Springs and The Meadows Town Centre venues.
