Find the right property
Dubailand offers a wide array of properties, each with its own unique charm. Real estate projects range from more affordable options such as Mudon, The Villa, Al Waha and Remraam communities, to high end developments like Al Barari and Akoya.
Nearby Falcon City of Wonders is another self-contained city project, featuring villas and townhouses, commercial centres, theme parks, sports facilities and schools.
Experiences and amenities
Attractions in Dubailand include Falcon City of Wonders, where you can see the world in a day – hang out in the Gardens of Babylon, get an eye-full of the Eiffel Tower and click one of those photos where it looks like your holding up the Leaning Tower of Pisa (hardly original but still fun).
There are golf courses too – Akoya, Jumeirah Golf Estates and Arabian Ranches Golf Club are all close to Al Qudra Road. The Els Club near Victory heights also offers a championship course. Other activities include swimming pools, walking and jogging paths, gyms, spas and sports facilities dotted around. Dubai Cycling Track is a short ride away, as is Hamdan Sports Complex on Emirates Road.
