Originally from Liverpool, UK, Yannis has a wealth of experience in customer service and resource planning.

He began his career in sales before transitioning into a customer service role with the Disclosure and Barring Service. There, he quickly progressed into a resource planning and reporting role. At his most recent company, QVC, Yannis joined as a Senior Resource Analyst and was later promoted to Head of Operational Planning for the UK, where he managed a team of 16 staff specialising in forecasting, staffing, and real-time performance monitoring. 

Yannis is highly focused on building strong relationships with his clients. His personable nature and attentive approach enable him to understand and meet their needs effectively. Drawing on his diverse professional experience, he is skilled at fostering rapport and ensuring a seamless process for his clients, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. 

In his spare time, Yannis enjoys exploring Dubai with his fiancée, Lauren, and their dog, Ronnie. A passionate Liverpool FC supporter, he is always on the lookout for the best spots in Dubai to catch a match. He also enjoys staying active by playing squash and has recently taken up padel, which has gained significant popularity in the city. Yannis's approachable and dedicated personality makes him a trusted partner in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
