Shaimaa and Chiara from customer care department are the most understanding and caring customer care representatives I have ever experienced anywhere. Shaimaa sets her standards high in the level of care for Haus & Haus customers receive. This can be shown by her whole department professional work and ensuring that the customers receive the proper answers and are happy with their experience. The big multi national companies could take notes on customer care from Shaimaa and her staff.
