We recently bought our family home through Joy Eaton and she was 10/10. We had registered our requirements for a bit of a 'unicorn' home a while ago, Joy called us with an off market opportunity and it was perfect! Joy then worked tirelessly to secure us the home, despite there being competition from other buyers. The aftersales process was absolutely faultless too. The entire haus & haus team are incredibly polite and honest. We are now working with Alidad for a rental whilst we wait for our house to be ready and from the top down, we cannot fault the service of anyone we have dealt with. Joy was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had an excellent relationship with the sitting tenant and seller, which definitely helped us secure the home. She is a total breath of fresh air and a testament to professionalism in the market. Thank you Joy!

We contacted the agent Joy Eaton who proved to be immediately available. Although the sale transaction was completed very quickly, Joy supported the communication with the landlords in a professional way, been never intrusive. The transfer was then coordinated by MAK, a company specialized in property conveyancing (indicated by Haus&Haus), which simply provided an outstanding support throughout the entire process till “keys in handâ€.
