I like Henry a lot. He is easy going but at the same time professional and focused on client needs, provided me options based on my requirements and price range, explained the market and explained how the process works. Provided prompt responses, reacted promptly on my questions, as well as organised fast communication with seller, financial services company etc. Also controlled and followed process of signing, paying etc. to make sure I am on track with my commitments and that I feel comfortable during the process. Very friendly, easy going and trust building.
