We have been assisted by Evelyne Likwop. To be honest, she is the best Realty Manager we met here in Dubai. We have come from abroad and had absolutely no idea, how to get tenancy. We had seen many apartments, but in the most cases Realty Managers were not so detailed about "how?". Evelyne, to the contrast, was very detailed, explaining us the whole annoyance how to register Ejari and tenancy, how to pay, etc. She was also very polite and had shown us many flats, some even several times until we made a decision. Al Safa Park Complex is a lovely place, but the most import for us was the clarity of registration process. Evelyn was the only person that provided us with that clarity. She is very outgoing :)
