The reason behind the excellent rating given rests on the interactions I had with the realtor team and my observations of their handling of prospective buyers. They were professional and helpful at every stage in the listing and sales process. The level of client interaction was clearly beyond that of most real agents from other companies. I believe Elif and her close associates bring a personal quality to Haus and Haus that goes beyond the company itself and hence my five stars first and foremost goes to them. Elif Dugler was amazing from day 1! She did not just find us a house but a home! She communicated clearly, listened to our needs, arranged viewings according to our schedule (even on her day off) She carefully reviewed new listings to see if they matched our criteria and also made suggestions on other house options and areas to compare. She was very easy to communicate with and has great knowledge of Arabian Ranches and the real estate market developments as a whole in Dubai.
