First time in Dubai and I was recommended Dhruv Mohnani from Haus and Haus for my apartment search. I generally dont have a high opinion of property brokers based on my experience of dealing with them in the UK....but I was So impressed with the service from Dhruv. As it was my first time renting in Dubai, I had a tonne of questions and a lot to be familiar with. Dhruv showed patience, support and kindness in his approach to helping me on the journey to find an apartment. I was so impressed with his professional and calm approach and he was instrumental in educating me on policies and procedures here when It involved setting up utilities and securing an apartment. Given the genuine support I received from Dhruv, I have already recommended him to contacts who have approached me for brokers. I have now secured an apartment through Dhruv. Dhruv's service comes highly recommended and he really sets the bar high and has definitely turned my opinion of brokers - there are good brokers out there ! Dhruv at Haus Haus comes highly recommended

Had a very smooth and pleasant experience finalizing my apartment in the Creek Harbour island side thanks to Dhruv! He’s super chill, helpful and not pushy. Also very transparent/honest about pros and cons of every unit he introduced.
