Shaimaa and Chiara from customer care department are the most understanding and caring customer care representatives I have ever experienced anywhere. Shaimaa sets her standards high in the level of care for Haus & Haus customers receive. This can be shown by her whole department professional work and ensuring that the customers receive the proper answers and are happy with their experience.
